For ROMAC desktop customers
Your nesting
doesn’t change.
Everything around it does.
You have trusted ROMAC nesting for years. NestOne runs the same engine — the same kerf and trim handling, the same calculations, the same results. What disappears is everything you never wanted to deal with in the first place.
What stays the same
The core nesting engine that powers NestOne is the same proven ROMAC optimization technology. If you know ROMAC desktop nesting, you already know how NestOne nests: the same calculation quality, the same kerf and trim handling, the same accuracy you have relied on. It is a new platform for the same trusted engine.
Classic Mode
It can even look
like it always did.
If your team doesn’t want a new interface, they don’t have to learn one. Classic Mode is a simplified view built to feel like the ROMAC desktop software you already know — nesting lists in the sidebar, simple inline entry, get in, nest, get out.
Familiar by design
List-based workflow, straightforward data entry, fewer menus. The shape of the software your operators already have in their hands.
Identical results
Classic Mode uses the exact same optimization engine as Advanced Mode. Identical inputs produce identical results. It is a view, not a lesser product.
Switch whenever
One toggle in the navigation bar. Both modes share the same data, so a project made in one opens in the other. Move at your own pace.

Still on v2.1?
$25, every time
a computer dies.
Desktop v2.1 reached end-of-life when v2.5 shipped. No updates, no official support, no further development — and an activation reset fee every time a workstation is replaced. It may not survive your next Windows upgrade.
NestOne has no activation to reset, because it has no activation. Log in from the new machine. That is the migration.
Taking your time
You are not being
switched off.
Current v2.5 subscribers move to NestOne Professional, and you get a minimum 90-day transition period to make the change at a pace that suits your shop. Nobody is being cut off mid-job.
